1.If you find that the paint box page has locked up or you cannot use some of the tools. You may find that by closing this HELP window now, you will have solved the problem.
This sometimes happens on Apple Macs running InternetExplorer. We have also found that the Paintbox does not funtion properly on 'AppleMacs' running Netscape6 and Netscape4.
2. If you cannot see the paint box work area or tools and pallete, either your browser does not have JAVA turned 'on' in your 'options/preferences' settings, or your browser does not support JAVA.
3. If you have lost the 'text tool' feature, you may find that it has hidden itself underneath your browser window.
4. When you have finished your painting and are ready to send it, make sure you have entered a title for the painting and your name and check that you are still online before you click the SEND button.
You will find that it takes a few moments to save the picture, and you will then see a message in the top left hand corner above the paint area, which will say 'SUCCESSFULLY SAVED'.
It might then take up to ten days before you see your work appear in the GALLERY VIEWER or on the POSTCARD DESK.
